WHY YOGA?
Healthy lifestyle, praising my body so ….Yoga! It takes me out of my mind and more into my body. So I can let go off stress, negative feelings and thoughts, and replace it with pure energy.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE?
To practice yoga on a daily base. Having time for myself. When you give yourself the time to practice more often you can go deeper in the pose and feel more comfortable there ……and don’t forget to breath.

WHAT DID YOGA CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE?
I feel great, and I meet inspirational happy people. They give me a lot of energy. Practicing yoga gives me peace and rest in my body and mind. Without stress in my mind it’s really easy to follow my hearth and walk happy through life. And now I can spread the energy.
