Explore the concept of compassion through a workshop designed to bring you closer to your own inner compassionate self. Using the tools of guided meditation, gentle but challenging yoga postures, and breath work, you will be taken on a journey from the mind to the body to the breath as you deepen your sense of inner and outer compassion mindfully. As a final touch a compassionate drink and dessert will be provided by Mindful Island Eats (can be eaten on site or taken to go)
Workshop Details: 2 February, 2020 from 2:00 - 5:00 PM At Smiling Buddha Yoga Studio $40 per person (cost includes workshop and food)
