About the event

Join us for a wonderful session where we combine the power of the  breath, Yin Yoga postures against the wall and a Yoga Nidra guided meditation to find a  deep connection with yourself. ♥️ We find deep release of tension, find  stillness in body & mind and slowly get to go deeper inside to find  pure relaxation and to be in absolute harmony with ourselves.

Date: Sunday 25 September

Time: 5:30

Location: Smiling Buddha Yoga Studio

Your investment: 35 USD

Spaces are limited and a downpayment is required to reserve your spot.

Find deep relaxation, connect to yourself, release tension and restore energy.

Experience the power of the breath and how it can change the state of the body and the mind.

Find opening in the body, release tension and strengthen your connective  tissues during the Yin yoga part. During the long held poses, you have  all the time to explore the inside of your body, becoming sensitive to  any sensations, to your body's boundaries and the signals your body  gives you.

And find complete and deep relaxation during the Yoga Nidra part.

Join Jane at Smiling Buddha Yoga Studio for this lovely masterclass.

Info on the session: We start with some breathwork that will make you feel relaxed and make  you connect to your body. The power of the breath is super strong. It  can change the state of the body and the mind. In very little time you  can go from feeling stressed and anxious to feeling calm and relaxed.

With the breathwork we will do, you will start to really connect to your  body and your breath. We tap into the parasympathetic nervous system to  really get into the body and relax.

During the Yin part, we create space in the body and gently start to  open up. Practising surrendering and relaxing into the poses we are in.  Being in the here and the now. Coming into a state of deep relaxation,  connecting to your body, and preparing the body and mind for the Yoga  Nidra.
