There’s a version of you that already knows what she wants.
A wave doesn’t slow down before it crashes. A river doesn’t apologize for changing direction. A waterfall doesn’t hold itself back so it can be more digestible, more appropriate, more liked.
A lot of us have done the opposite. We’ve learned how to press ourselves into shapes that make other people comfortable; the one who doesn’t disrupt, doesn’t take up too much space, doesn’t say the thing that might shift the room. It's like your life is happening within a very controlled range of motion. And in doing this, we've lost our power. This is where the missions begin.
This is why The Power Lab was created
Yoga, at its core, increases your capacity to feel, move, and respond. On the mat, the physical postures give you something real to meet; sensation, resistance, strength, breath. You learn how to stay with yourself while your body asks for more, or something different.

Off the mat, that same awareness becomes your compass. It shapes how you speak, how you decide, how you move through the world.
Yet many women have been trained to override that inner signal, to defer, to shrink, to second-guess what they know.

When that happens, we miss out on so many brilliant ideas, life-changing conversations, and inventions from half the world's population.

Many of us want to not only create a better world, but belong to one.

That requires interruption of the status quo by accessing the parts of you that don't get much space in your day-to-day life. The childlike parts, absurd parts, the parts tucked away because they don't fit the image you're trying to maintain.

This Lab is a space experimentation; to stretch beyond what’s familiar, to access more of yourself, more expression, more risk, and more honesty.
So you become something else entirely.
Something as fierce as the ocean, adaptive as a river, and alive and undeniable as a waterfall.
